Every time I try to install MpqControl it says:

Run-time error '53':
File not found.

Anybody know the reason for this?

You can only run the EXE file if you already have VB4 runtimes installed. Else, you need to run the batch file for your operating system.

I have the VB 4 files installed. im using windows 98 so i don't get why it doesn't work.
